Team and sign-in

Status: sign-in, Security, Team, Settings and Invoices work.

What you get

  • The employee and the accountant see only what is theirs. You give nobody your password.
  • You sign in with an email link or a password. A code from your phone guards both.
  • If someone signs in from another country, you get an email and a Viber message with a stop button.

What you need

  • The email of the person you invite.

Sign-in

  1. Open suite.rastezh.bg, type your email and ask for the link.
  2. Open the email and tap the link.
    • You see: you are in.
  3. Optionally, open Security (/app/zashtita):
    • Set a password. If you forget it: on sign-in tap “Forgot password”.
    • Turn on the code from your phone. You scan the QR code and keep the 10 backup codes.
  4. Signing in with a password from a place not seen for 30 days: we send a code to your email.

The “It wasn't me” alert

  1. You get an email and a Viber message about a sign-in from a new country.
  2. If it was not you, tap the button in the message. The link is valid for 7 days.
    • You see: all open sessions are stopped.
  3. If it was you, do nothing.

Invite someone

  1. Open Settings (/app/nastroiki) and press Team.
  2. Type the person's email and choose a role.
  3. Press Send invite.
    • You see: the person under Pending invites. The link works for 7 days.
  4. The person opens the email and signs in with the link. No password needed.
    • You see: they move to People, and you get an email.

Change or remove someone

  • Role: pick the new role next to the name. It saves at once.
  • Sees the money: a tick for an employee. Issues invoices: a tick for an accountant.
  • Remove: press twice. Access stops at once.
  • Invite: Send again gives a new link. Cancel stops the old link and frees the seat.

Invoices

Settings → Invoices shows your Rastezh Suite invoices. Open, print or download a CSV for your accountant.

If something goes wrong
