Parties

The contract is between RASTEZH DIGITAL EOOD, company no. 208950483, Sofia 1574, Hristo Smirnenski 10A, bl. 10A, fl. 3, apt. 11, Bulgaria. Contact: zdravei@rastezh.bg. and the business using Rastezh Suite. The service is for businesses and traders only.

The service

Rastezh Suite connects your shop and works with orders, messages, ads and other modules. Your plan's contents are shown in the app.

Trial

The trial is 7 days, with no card. If you don't pay after it, you move to the free plan.

Price and payment

You pay monthly or yearly, in advance. The subscription renews until you stop it. The first 50 founding businesses get about 40% off when prepaying 3 or 12 months. It lasts as long as the subscription is unbroken.

Stopping

You can stop at any time in the app. Everything works until the paid period ends.

Non-payment

If a payment fails, we write to you. If it stays unpaid, we pause sending and AI until you pay.

Your duties

You answer for the data you upload, your buyers' consents and what you send them.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits.

Changes

For a material change we write at least 30 days ahead. If you disagree, you can stop before it applies.

Law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes go to the court in Sofia.
