Who processes

What we collect

Email, name, company details, payments and invoices, IP address, browser and actions in the app.

Why

To run the service, issue invoices, keep things secure and write to you about your account.

How long

Message texts: 90 days. IP and browser: 30 days. Ad events: 13 months. Audit log: 2 years for security, 13 months for the rest. Archive: 365 days. After the contract ends we delete within 30 days, except invoices. The hash of an unsubscribed email is kept for good, so we never write to it again.
