Delivery: AWBs and parcel problems
Status: the screen works. Econt is tried with the demo account. Sameday, FAN Courier, Cargus and Speedy are from the documentation.
What you get
- Many AWBs in one click, with the price from the courier.
- You see in money which parcels are at risk.
- You compare couriers by time, refusals and price.
What you need
- A connected courier. See Sameday, FAN Courier, Cargus, Econt, Speedy.
- The sender filled in at Delivery → Settings.
Steps
- Open Delivery → To ship and tick the orders.
- Tap the courier.
- You see: the price and the problems for each order.
- Create the AWBs and download the PDF.
- Call the courier or take the parcels to a point.
The sections

| Problems | Solve or postpone. |
| Returns | Approve the request, mark Received and Money returned. You return the money yourself. |
| Couriers | Compare. Under 20 parcels the numbers do not say much yet. |
| Settings | Sender and usual weight. Only the owner changes them. |
If something goes wrong

| It is empty and asks you to connect a courier | Connect one from Integrations. |
| An order has a reason and does not go through | Fix the address or phone in the store. |
| “Unknown weight” | Set the usual weight in Settings. |
Questions
Does the courier pay the sum shown in Problems? The sums come from your orders. The courier decides.
Are messages sent to customers from here? No, they are off until you turn them on.
