Email records
Status: checking the records is in the code. The screen with buttons for copying and checking is coming soon. Rastezh gives you the records.
What you get
- Emails go out from your own address, for example
orders@your-store.com. - They arrive in “Inbox”, not in “Spam”. This is how the customer confirms the order.
What you need
- A domain of your own.
- Access to the place where it is managed: hosting, registrar or Cloudflare.
The records (DNS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC) tell the world's email servers that Rastezh may send on your behalf.
Steps
- Ask for the 4 rows from
zdravei@rastezh.bg.- You see: a name, a type and a value for each row.
- Open the domain management and add a new record for each row.
- Tell Rastezh they are ready.
- You see: a confirmation or which row is not right.
New records sometimes become visible after a few hours.
If someone else manages the domain, send them the rows.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| A row is not ready after an hour | Wait up to a few hours. |
| A row is wrong | Look for an extra space or quotation marks. Delete it and add it again. |
The name shows twice (…com.your-store.com) | The hosting adds the domain by itself. Write only the first part. |
| You already have a record of the same type | Do not delete the old one. Write to zdravei@rastezh.bg: the two must be merged. |
Questions
Does my usual email stop? No. The records only add Rastezh as an allowed sender.
Can I go without this? Emails on your behalf do not go out without them.
