Switching from another tool

Status: works. It opens from the button for moving to Rastezh in WordPress or with a personal link from Rastezh. The import is tested with tests, not with real accounts of every tool.

What you get

We recognise what you use now and move the data in about 15 minutes.
Subscribers, unsubscribed people and consents come with you. Whoever unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.
Before you switch the old tool off, you see what arrived.

What you need

A key from the old tool or a file (CSV) with the data.

Steps

In WordPress open the Rastezh menu (written “Растеж”) and tap the move button. Or open your personal link.
- You see: “Move everything in 15 minutes” and what we found (Found).
Tap Move everything.
- You see: the steps Key or file, Start, Transfer, Done and how many minutes are left.
If the tool asks for a key, put it in “Paste the key” and tap Move.
If it works with a file, tap “Choose the file (CSV)”.
- You see: “Which column is this” for each column. Choose, then tap Move N rows.
Wait for Moving….
- You see: Moved and the numbers Before and After.
When everything went through, write “Done. Everything is with us.”
A tool we did not find is under Others.

If it says “Nothing to move: our module does this.”, there is nothing to move. Tap Start.

If something goes wrong

What you see	What to do
Stopped	Check the key, paste it again and tap Move.
I picked the wrong file	Tap Cancel. At “Delete what was imported? Unsubscribed people stay unsubscribed.” confirm. Then upload the right file.
I do not know which column is which	Open the file and look at the first rows. A contact must have an email or a phone. A row without them is skipped.
The tool does not appear	Open Others or upload a file. Write to `zdravei@rastezh.bg` if it does not work.

Questions

Does the old tool stop by itself? No. You stop it when you are ready. Open in … leads straight to it.

Do you send emails to the imported contacts? Not at import. Consents stay as they were.
