What you get
- If someone breaks a product, a price or a description, you can go back.
- The data is yours.
What you need
- A connected store.
- For restoring: WooCommerce and the Growth plan or higher.
What we keep
- A copy every night at 03:00.
- 30 days on Start, 365 days on Growth and Pro.
Bring back an old version
- In Changes find the row and tap the restore button.
- You see: “was → will be” for each row.
- Tap the restore button once more.
- You see: how many products were brought back.
Title, description and price come back. If you changed the same thing in the shop afterwards, we leave it alone. Not on WooCommerce? You see the values and put them back yourself.
Take all your data
Tap the download button. You get one file. Up to 3 times a day, on every plan.
We never bring back stock, orders and photos.
If something goes wrong

Questions
What happens to the archive if I stop the subscription? We keep the data for 30 days. Then it is deleted.
Do you bring back orders? No. Only products, prices and texts.
